All Purpose Islam Discussion Thread

We have repeatedly stated in several of the event specific threads that we should make an all purpose Islam thread. I haven't seen one and I also haven't seen any discussion about Isis/Russia which is at least important enough to deserve mention relative to some of the other problems we've mentioned. ISIS is imo one of several extremist group compared to the NAZI Germany. ISIS isn't quite a force relative to Russia but is still dangerous. I see Putin taking this in a prolonged fight. What does everyone else think? Also obviously any other Islam discussion is welcome.

You do know ISIS practices Islam word for word right? They implement Sharia Law and enforce it. 100% practiced.

You claim to be a Muslim just because you pray and fast once a year. You are merely practicing 10% of what the book recommends.
