Remember when Lavar Ball said that Lonzo would be better than Magic Johnson?
That was a great moment.

Remember that time Lavar Ball said something incredibly stupid and the sports media picked it up and reported it and debated it like it was an actual thing?

Remember when Lakers fans bought into that hype?

I remember almost nothing Lavar Ball says because I don't read it and when he speaks it doesn't sound like English.
His kid, meanwhile, isn't fit to place his lips on Magic Johnson's oldest, nastiest pair of Weapons.

the problem originates from the birth of dream team, which when you compare the stats, unless basketball has regressed, the big man on that team couldn't pass, or you can say they simply didn't figure it out
even if the argument was that Magic Johnson had retired by then and egos were canceled out with salary, unless the USA team coaching staff were that awful at evaluation (could be a possibility) Magic Johnson's minutes played per game during matches with such lopsided score doesn't quite add up
as for the argument that the team simply lacked another PG, awarding player with the ball and the opportunity to score just because they can play defense, ala Michael Jordan with a 4.6 STL per game simply doesn't work, and the imbalance of the teams' rebound ended up causing the team to commit foul numbers that were out of proportion
they won, because the first time the mix of age range being expanded, the coaches got walked over by the player while the crowd cheered 'Gladiator'

UCLA Lonzo was a beast though, he had full control of the offense and was an efficient scorer on top of his elite defense and playmaking, he's yet to get an opportunity to actually run the offense on the NBA level if we're being honest, Luke would play him 35-38 minutes on some nights and then play him 25-30 the next and keep him out for long stretches. Lakers are 49 - 50 with him and much, much worse without. He turned a defense that was ranked dead last to above-average within one season.
I'd love to see him get traded to a team where he could show his potential tbh because he doesn't fit next to Lebron.

This reads like a schizophrenic 3ball. He's usually germane but bends the topic towards Jordan, but this is just outta nowhere. Did i miss something?
