MJ 1991 - 35.8 ppg 6.5 apg 2.0 TOPG on 53/43/89 shooting or ~62%TS. Bulls played at about a 93 pace to Cavs' 100.

Now also take into account that Lebron averaged over twice as many TOs & lost the series in 5 games. Lebron has never averaged 30+ ppg or 60%+TS% in a Finals series that he won. Jordan averaged 30+ ppg 5 times.

And I don't think any of Lebron's Finals are on par with MJ's 1991 - 31 ppg 11 apg 61%TS, leads team in all categories but rebounds against a team that had one of the tallest line-ups in the league. 61%TS for a guard that only shot four threes in the series is unreal. Also, only a 85.8 pace compared to Lebron's 100 against a small ball team.

Kyrie carried an equal scoring burden and hit the big shot, while MJ carried the scoring load while averaging more assists than 16' lebron... And he hit the big shot...

The big shot was over an outstretched 7-footer requiring goat touch - it was one of the most critical shots of his life to avoid going down 2-1 with the next 2 in LA.

MJ's was better for those clear-cut reasons.. meanwhile, lebron's 2nd option significantly outplayed the warriors' best player and league mvp

MJ's 92 and 93 were also better.. and 97 and 98.. just way more clutch and bigger burden, less help

Compare lebron's 2nd option help in the 16 Finals to any of MJ's Finals.. it's not close

And lebron would've won the 16' Finals easier if he delegated responsibility better (rebounding, playmaking) and didn't shit the bed for the first 4 games (24 ppg and 6 TO).

Btw, I know I'm in the minority opinion that MJ's 92/97/98 Finals > lebron's 16', but regardless, MJ's 91 and 93 are definitely better.. better game score.. better stats.. better clutch
