Pretty funny shit. But also otoh maybe there's a reason. Oden just got rekt by injuries but wasn't dude healthy and not playing for awhile too. I think u gotta throw these kids to the wolves. Nopun. But since the sixers are a contender basically. At least close, he's never got a chance to just go out there and get scrubbed out and lose. That's how you learn. It's hard to plug someone in at pg esp on an elite team esp the way 6rs are constructed.

But I always pull for em. Pulling for lonzo pulling for fultz. Still pulling for Evan turner lol

Philly needs to just focus on being the best team they can be. Stop worrying about boston and focus on chemistry and playing consistent this season.

Yeah Fultz sucks. I would start Covington.

mentally, i don't think he has it. the body language shows someone feels so defeated. there are shooters who miss like 8 in a row and still carry that crazy swag in their next FGA and then they get hot and make like 4 straight buckets like nothing happened. and then they just carry on.

fultz is so far far away in another galaxy in terms of having that kind of confidence. he takes a couple ugly shots, and that's it -- he is shook for the entire night and he's trying to readjust his shot mechanics in the middle of the game.

holy shit, you can't do that in the NBA. this isn't 5th grade basketball.

he is the opposite of ray allen; there's no consistency in form and every shot looks a little bit different as the match goes on. it's like he has no trust in what he did the entire summer and he's experimenting with new shit.

yeah yeah yeah, it's just one game. but it's just going to get harder and harder for him if he doesn't find that rhythm because defenders would have an easy time figuring him out every time he has the ball.

But now look.... watch him suddenly break out and drop 25 soon because i just made this post. LMAO

I have to agree with you, there's something wrong mentally. Just the way he was having a sweet stroke in college, but then lost it all the summer after and pre-season should tell you that this is a guy who probably quickly feels he's lost and don't know what to do. NBA is a lot of media and pressure of public exposure, that part isn't for everyone.

Tbh, in his draft the only players I really liked were as follows: 1. Fox (reminded me of a bit of John wall and he was a speed demon in college), 2. Smith (those f'n hops and athleticism, didn't mind that his defense was considered bad for college), 3. Monk (lights out scorer, saw him vs. UNC live. Looked like the real deal), and I thought Tatum (seems like whenever Duke produces 1st round quality SFs, they all turn out pretty well) was a safe pick

I couldn't really figure out an opinion for Fultz (I honestly couldn't understand the hype as some others said). He definitely has talent but nothing really made him stick out. Lonzo really reminded me of J Kidd. It wouldn't surprise me if somehow Lonzo creates that type of J Kidd pedigree had in the early 2000s at some point in the first 5-10 years of his career.
