We forget how ambiguous these ratings should be and we all just assume all our lists should look the same. That said...Duncan and Bird are...well slightly misrated lmao.

Yet another list in which Kobe is ranked WAY too high.
Can't take any list seriously that has Kobe over Shaq

Another list that has Pippen ahead of Wade. But Wade is "light years" ahead of Pippen

just one question: would you rather build a team around dwade or pippen?

do you really think pippen could have done what wade did with the heat?
    as a franchise player?

Pippen. Mind you. My argument centers around this notion that I'm dumb FOR SAYING THEY'RE CLOSE. Every list I've seen has Pippen ahead of Wade. Outside of ISH. Every one.

Sure he could've if the league allowed him to foul players (the bizaro version of what the refs allowed Wade to do) and you gave him the best team in the league. Do I think Pippen could ever avg 34 ppg in a finals? He'll no.

how do you evaluate pippens success (team and individual) in the context of MJ and Rodman?
for example, if pippen had to be the franchise player, would he still be able to focus on defense that much?

He did in 94 and 95. Who was his Shaq? During that time? Horace Grant?

The only difference between Wade and Pippen is a 3 championships on Pippen's side and a Final MVP on Wade's side. And Pippen all but had a Final MVP in 98 before he got hurt. And his defense was every bit as dominant that playoff run as Wade's offense was in 06.

LOL - Duncan at #16. I think someone in Boston is still regretting Duncan going to SAS instead of BOS.

I think with Bird they were just trying to not seem biased towards a Boston player.

They have West at 6 and Hakeem at 18.

Much as I like seeing West and Oscar in the top 10, that's a bit much. And Moses Malone is way down at #20. A three time MVP.

west and robertson were far more important to the nba than olajuwon ever was. both of them better players too.

    not remotely even close.
