Rules:
1) Players cannot be a past/present all-star, or an all NBA team except rookie teams.
2) Players cannot have been a lottery draft pick (picked from 1-10 in the first round)
Chuck Hayes + JaVale McGee would be an elite defensive, easily all defensive team and a DPOY candidate. Also a great passer out of the post.
