Isn't this rather convenient for the political establishment. They're already using the incident to try and undermine the Brexit campaign. How typical. Now we're all going to be lectured on "hate" by the scummy shits who use the murder of their colleague to score political points.

No one cares because it was 'a' stabbing, and a shooting. There are thousands every day. And, this took place across the pond like it's really all that relevant here, where we have our own fair share of violence.

If anybody cared, there'd be a 85 threads every weekend just based on stories from Chicago. Stop trying to pretend like if it's not a Muslim, it's not newsworthy. You don't care either.

    Its embarrassing.

Southern Poverty Law Center says he has purchased $620 of racist books. How would they know that? He also had no job, so that's an expensive purchase for a guy like that. If this turns out not to be true it will be another in a long line of major Ls the SPLC has taken.

His brother, I think is half black(mixed race anyways), says he has never heard him say anything racist but is mentally ill, scrubbing himself clean with brillo pads daily to the point of tearing his skin up.

It will be interesting to see how much stuff was fabricated to make this guy seem racist in the next few days.

    Tommy Mair:

Who are Far Right Group Britain First

    Sounds vaguely familiar

Keep pushing that agenda though. One day you may convince someone that whites are similar to Muslims.
Update 1845 — Local: Suspected killer had no political views
Thomas Mair, who has been named locally as the man arrested on suspicion of killing Labour MP Jo Cox was not politically minded, according to locals who knew him reported by the Daily Telegraph. A neighbour said he wasn’t a member of a political party and had never expressed interest in the EU referendum.

62-year-old Kathleen Cooke told the paper: “I am really shocked. He walked past my house this morning and said hello like he always does… He is just a quiet bloke who keeps himself to himself.

“He is very helpful and he helps local people with their gardens. There is one neighbour who is a bit frail and he keeps her garden tidy. He has helped me cut my hedge a couple of times.

“He has lived here for 40 years and has never been in any trouble and has never caused any trouble. He sometimes used to shout at the local kids if they played too near his house but that is fairly normal.

“I don’t think he belonged to any political party and I never heard him express any views about Europe or anything like that. To us, he was just Tommy, a local bloke we all knew

Update 1830 — Widely quoted local admits he didn’t hear “Britain First”
Local restaurant owner Hicham Ben Abdallah, widely quoted across the media as having claimed Mr. Mair shouted, “Britain First” has told Breitbart London “No, no. I did not hear that”.

Update 17:45 — Eyewitness on “Britain First” — “Never heard that”

Eyewitness tells reporters he didn’t hear anyone shout “Britain first”, saying: “Never heard that”. pic.twitter.com/DWhzqe7ayi

    That institution man

There is something seriously hysterical about ascribing all these things down to "hate" and consequently resolving to hate hatred. Don't they realise that hatred is a normal human emotion? That they are doing just as much "hating" themselves?

"Love conquers hate" "build bridges don't sow division"--i mean, these comments aren't grounded in any kind of reality, yet they're being parroted by leading politicians. It is normal to hate things and people that threaten the things and people you love; the two concepts, love and hate, are inseparable; sometimes you even hate the person you love.

But by all means, mad world, continue this rather strange war on an abstraction.

wow, so her own party, and political colleagues, were using her death to push their political platform, and smear the opposing side with a false narrative, before her body was even cold.

Damn. Politics in the modern era is the domain of sociopaths.

And these are the people telling us to love and not hate? F*ckers.

Wait a sec, isn't this Britain were individuals can be incarcerated for inciting racial conflict? Or does this only work a certain way?

That's putting it lightly. You can go to prison for saying mean things about someone's religion or ethnicity (or even sex, and soon to be sexual orientation).

It's all about combating "hate" you see.

Keep in mind, the SPLC has Ben Carson on their list of radical extremists. So, what THEY would classify as "racist" books would probably be very different from what any normal reasonable person would.

Jo Cox death: Suspect Tommy Mair linked to far-right group that campaigned against the EU

The link between Thomas Mair and the Springbok Club goes back ten years

The man arrested over the killing of Labour MP Jo Cox is believed to have had long-term links with a hard-right group based in London which had been campaigning for many years for Britain to leave the European Union.

Thomas Mair was named as a supporter in an online publication of the Springbok Club, an organisation which has defended the white supremacist apartheid regime in South Africa.

So.. what's your point? Or are you just trying to desperately associate those threads with this one that was made in clear bias and was reported with an obvious slant that the OP blindly took hook, line, and sinker?
