That alone will help his FG% more than people want to believe. There's a good chance he operates out of the post/high post a lot, looking for cutters or skip passes, and getting a lot of 1v1 coverage because of it.
it's a given that health is the biggest factor in any lakers success. We'll see how that old man body holds up. Ideally, id like him to play 27-30 minutes a game, sitting out of games as much as he needs. but has kobe ever been that guy?
He launched up 20.4 shots in 34.5 mpg last season...is this what you Laker fans call being a play maker in the Kobe era? Yikes...must be that "kobe assist" offensive rebound you are thinking of.

I'm guessing limited minutes, so 22/6/5 on 45% shooting in ~32 mpg.
He lets D'Angelo and Jordan run the show, gets his points off open shots and in the post, less creating on the perimeter so his legs are fresher, doesn't have to play as much defense due to playing the 3 and 4.
Lakers win anywhere from 40-50 games, depends on how many games they get from Kobe.
Too early to tell, but that's my initial analysis.

If he stays healthy with no major injuries, you guys are crazy to think that he would average anything less than 23-24 points a game.

If Kobe doesn't average the most FGA per game for the Lakers, he should retire.
28/5/5 on 45%

Kobe stans are by far the most delusional stans on the forum..
Kobe was terrible last year... One of the worst players in the league.. It was embarrassing. Now he will be one year older and has had one more injury... He is going to be beyond terrible next season.. These stans predicting he is going to shoot 45%+ that is one of the funniest things I have ever heard... He has no chance of doing that.. Not a chance in hell.. Then also predicting he is going to have 6-7 assists+/game... Again not a chance in hell...
He is going to average something like 21/4/4 on 37% shooting.. And I won't be surprised if he is even worse than that.. Dude is legit an embarrassment at this point

22/3/4 on 36% from the field while leading the league in FGA/game.
Lakers will go 23-59.

so FGA + MPG determines if you're a playmaker..
I guess Wade shooting 22 FGA and playing 39 mpg in his prime meant he wasn't a playmaker..

22/4/5 on 40% shooting, with some of the league's worst defense.
Lakers finish with 34 wins and miss out on their top three protected pick.
