Jason Collins did a decent job for the Nets during his tenure in New Jersey. Don't think he's that much of a difference maker now, but they did need a legit center to spell Garnett.

I'm disappointed with this. Jason Collins is a mega-scrub and for whatever reason the Nets think he can contribute. Billy King is one of the worse gm's in the league. Prokhorov gave him unlimited resources and in nearly five years it has not translated to anything other than a first round exit team.
Billy is just a "big-name" player gm and doesn't know how to put pieces together to win a championship.

Nice glue guy for the Nets. Should be able to bring the guys in together and make them player harder. You can't underestimate his impact in the locker room. He's someone who can make a play that will get your whole team off the bench.
