I know Barnes is not doing too great in GS right now but still, I kind of wish he had slipped one more spot so we could've picked him up. Maybe then we wouldn't have picked up Fields.

Hell I would've even taken Julian Wright back as well. The guy was just as bad as Fields on offense but had some decent playmaking skills and was a decent defender. His situation was similar to James Johnson only his problem was with Triano if I recall correctly. Take a flier on Terrance Williams, what do you have to lose? All of these guys are better than Fields and would have come at a fraction of the cost.

Actually a good idea there

I would think the TW's ego issues might not be an issue anymore. He played scrub in Detroit. I would think this coaching staff could handle him well... and the carrot of "play good cause minutes are not locked down" would be an opportunity he could pass up.

Does the roster allow it or are we at max ?

We are at the max.
