My shortlist right now has Adams, Jefferson, Lincoln, both Roosevelts, Eisenhower, and LBJ. These guys def had the best combo of policy and personality

I would say it's a toss up between Washington and Lincoln. None of us would be here today if it wasn't for Washington.

Lincoln was just a larger than life figure. He freed the slaves. He was Republican.
