Default Curry returning in the clippers series?

Houston Rockets been horrible the whole year and has no chemistry. They definitely don't need Curry. But with a potent offense like the clippers they might need him.

    Geez, ya think?

Warriors are in big trouble if Curry can't get right before next series.

I'd still favor them with a hobbled Curry but it'd definitely go 6 and probably 7.

If he sits games vs Clips they lose the series.

Spurs are the team they need to be worried about. They don't need to rush him back for the 2nd round.

Agreed 100%. This Warrior team is easily capable of beating the Clippers, the Blazers, and even the Thunder, without Curry.

Player-for-player, the Warriors are a much better team than those teams,...even without Curry.

If Clippers lose another game that will give Steph two weeks of rest. He will be fine and back for the second round.

CLEARLY...the Warriors are MORE TALENTED, even without Curry...than the Clippers, Blazers, and Thunder.

2-3 of their best players are no match for 9-10 of the Warriors. We saw that with Harden and Dwight. The Warriors basically swept the Rockets series (yes, SWEPT them.)

Seriously, you are really a moron if you don't think the Warriors, without Curry, are a LEGITIMATE title-contender. This team is STACKED.

Wait. Laz actually thinks GSW without Curry can beat LAC/SAS/Cle? Because that's just stupid.

Clippers had them down 8 late in the 4th the first two times they played this season while Curry was playing the best ball ever. GSW are lucky Houston ended up at the 8 instead of Utah. Utah may very well have won this series given the opportunities that were afforded Houston.

They should easily beat the Clippers. Not sure that they could beat the Spurs, even with a healthy Curry...but they would be favored. The Cavs series without Curry...a toss-up.

The Warriors just have SO MUCH at EVERY position. Easily the deepest roster top-to-bottom.

You are just wrong about that. Without Curry on the court GSW was -4.3pts/100poss on the season. That would have ranked right between the Pels and Bucks. Now there were a lot of minutes where they had massive leads and it really didn't matter. But that's not in the ballpark of competitive with Clippers/Spurs/Cle.

Now if Curry misses a few weeks and can come back down 1-2 or something they can absolutely still win the series. But if Curry is out the entire series, or plays like he did today, they have no chance to beat the Clippers. NONE.

The Rockets just want the season to be over. They have no business being in the playoffs. Their defense has been so horrific in this series it's just not playoff worthy. And watching the team's disappointment when Harden hit that winner in G3 tells me all I need to know. If you really think any of this offensive success is going to carry into the next round you are being foolish. Just look what LAC has done to Millard/McCollum.
