1. Giannis has power. Not as much as Randle but....
2. With his length, I'm giving Giannis the advantage in size over Randle

Are you guys living on another planet? Since when did the Greek Freak have power? The guy is a toothpick. He is a long, freakishly athletic player but power is not part of his game.
Randle is built like a bull. He hasn't even filled out yet. He just turned 20 and he's already shedding guys and playing through contact.

Giannis is wiry strong and has the shoulders to put on weight.

Is he about 250lbs, built like a bull, strong as hell, can shed other men around 250 lbs and play through contact? No. So he doesn't qualify for my criteria.

Randle is gonna be a top 10 NBA player in his prime. His combo of speed, power and skill is so rare. I think he's gonna be Barkley without all the off the court issues

you can make your criteria super inflexible, but that makes it less impressive of a statement.
Giannis plays through contact, but most importantly, he plays OVER contact Randle is undersized.
That being said, I really like Randle. He's like Blake Griffin minus some jumping, but he seems like a better shooter than BG coming into the league. He could be a really nice player. He could reach all-star level if he:
1) Either improves his jumper in constancy and range. He could be a 20-23 ppg scorer
OR
2) Improves on his handle (already good) and passing (decent) and becomes a new age Odom (like some other folks have already mentioned)

My criteria was pretty clear. I mentioned Barkley and Blake as examples. What position do all 3 play? PF. They all weigh about 250 lbs. They all have the strength and power to operate down low and bang with bigs. What separates these guys from other 4s is their ability to grab the rebound and take it up court in transition with rare handles (for a 4) with explosive speed and either take it all the way or create for others. That's the jist of my point. They have a rare combination of power, size (250 lbs, not length like Greek Freak), speed and handles for 4s.

The OP's video is impressive, and he's right, there aren't too many players that have that combination of power, strength, speed and skill.
Some that come to mind though (other than those mentioned already, most of whom actually failed to meet the criteria):
The Original: https://youtu.be/NHcrG6gfJhI?t=136
The Grandmama: https://youtu.be/-yYgcV0iOmw?t=83
The Reignman: https://youtu.be/ORLraUwreEA?t=68
People forget how good Terry Cummings was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piLcH9opOvQ
None perfectly match the criteria (Johnson lacks the height for example), but all have similarities.
