The Grizzlies need serious upgrade at several positions to compete in the playoffs where offense is as important as defense, cuz every team is already good.

Get rid of Randolph and Chandler ASAP. Upgrade at guard and forward spots, rebuild around Gasol and Conley, two of the most difficult positions in the NBA. So the Grizzlies are already sitting pretty for the short term, but they have to do it fast.

Kawhi's offense is so polished and attractive.

He has unreal roboticness. Sort of like the way Klay Thompson shoots.

I think usually in basketball it's better to be fluid than stiff, but sometimes you can be robotic enough that your form never falters.
