Quite a bit of damage I would say. At the very least, even for the most favorable position, it was proven that she lied numerous times about it. The FBI director and inspector general report's both had scathing criticism of how she was not competent in handling the situation and use of the server. No matter how you spin it, there is no way this is a non-issue, unless you don't care about things like honesty and competence when voting for someone. Either that or people are so overcome with hate regarding the other candidate (and yes, I get it, I'm not voting for Trump either) that it can blind them to the faults when judging another.
