If that is quite true i would like the Cavs to go for him in this coming off season. He can be the Combo Guard for a team which lacks good pg and backcourt scoring.

He is not only the Most Improve player of the year but he is showing as a Sophomore one of the best Clutch Shooter in the NBA today.

That is why Monta Ellis will be an ALL STAR and NBA 1st or 2nd team someday.

Not bad for the 44th pick in the 2005 NBA Draft.

Ellis showed this year he is a future all-star, maybe even a future superstar in this league.


Too bad the Warriors will have to drop him once he starts asking for more money.

Cavs are pretty underrated i only think that guys like AK 47 and Monta Ellis are guys Cavs would like to sign up we do not need a KG type of player but just Blue Collar players like Monta Ellis.

Overall, a very solid year for player development. A lot of guys made the big step: AI, Jefferson, Ellis, Lee, Williams, Curry to a lesser degree, Chandler to a lesser degree, Caron Butler, etc.

Monta Ellis reminded me of a younger Nick Van Exel when he first came with the LA LAKERS but Monta will be a better scorer and defender than Nick the Quick Van Exel.
