Did ESPN/ABC demote Mike Breen or promote Hubie Brown?

Clearly Breen hasn't been demoted because he's still calling the marquee game of the night.

Really enjoying Breen + Hubie reunited though, they're both great. Hubie is his liveliest with Breen or Torico.

And JVG paired with whoever else makes them more interesting too. Win win.

Finally don't mind watching an ESPN game.

Maybe they just wanted to balance the crews? Breen is clearly the better play by play guy and JVG is the most entertaining commentator so they just split them making 2 good crews.

Here's a theory: less Jon Barry on national airwaves. I think splitting the 3 man crew into smaller units eliminates the need for J. Barry in the more interesting games.
