I pour coconut water in a blender then drop in some watermelon chunks and a squeeze of lime and blend it up.

    1) Grilled salmon with sweet potatoes/yams and stir-fried veges. I love this meal especially after a great workout - playing ball for 2-3 hours or supersetting abs/lifting for about an hour.

    2) Really depends. If it's a high end steakhouse, I would get a filet mignon or a porterhouse steak if the person I'm eating with would like sharing a huge portion of steak. Regular restaurant? I try to stay away from burgers mostly because of the gains I've made over this past year while eating healthy. A good pasta with chicken or lean red meat is usually a safe bet. If I'm with my boys, I will probably eat wings. It varies. If I'm with a date, I usually go for the simplest yet tasty food and not overeat (lol).

For home it has to be tamales. I can make them the size I prefer and for beef I can cook the meat how I like it. This all goes out the window if I run out of water while they're steaming...that scorched smell is rank and lingers for a long time. Second worst only to burnt popcorn.

Out to eat. Fried Chicken. I like deep fried jalapenos too. I remember getting those all the time when I was in Southern Arizona. Just the whole pepper deep fried. It's good if you like some heat with your meal...real good. Fried stuff I can't do at home or just don't want to mess with.
