Default were 'blacks' the first israelites/hebrews?

and if so,did 'whites' STEAL their culture, land, and beliefs?

i've seen many afro-centrists make that distinction about egypt, which is plausible, ill admit. but Israel? seriously..........?

....im not a racist or anything like that. i am NOT someone that judges people by their skin color either. just interested on peoples take regarding the subject. is there evidence to support this claim?

The first jews were probably pretty dark skinned but they weren't African. Dunno how brown you have to be to be considered black.

You got your Ashkenazi and then you have your Sephardic Jewish people. All skin tones and dialects around the world. See: Diaspora

according to people with agendas, you are wrong.....

.....and this is where the catch22 lies. are these people with darker skin what we consider in america 'black'? eg african-like features?

    This.

First of all back then, race was not a "thing." There was little distinction/discrimination based on skin tones, it was generally all based on nationality or social class. The middle east is obviously very "muddied" in color anyway so there was no strong ingrained connection to your own 'race' as you find more often when races are isolated over time.

Secondly, many Israelites had dark skin and many probably had some hair kink. It would have been normal for certain genetic features to slowly blend their way up from below the Sahara through various contact between groups over time. However what is most likely IMO is that they mostly "caucasian" but with traces of "negro" mixed in, and obviously dark skin due to sun exposure.

But the idea that the first jews consisted of a band of straight up, sub saharan zulu tribe bone-thru-the-nose Africans is silly. Just as much as the idea that the first jews looked like modern Russians or Germans today.
