You don't spend money on shooters as part of a rebuild, you get your core pieces in place then add shooters.

regardless he is vastly underpaid in san antonio and he's not leaving unless he gets paper. I dont think SA has the resources to give him what he deserves with having to pay all their other players. I would gladly give him the full mle if thats all it takes.
