Goodbye Joe Johnson
Joe Johnson may never be seen in another Hawk uniform. His contract may be ridiculous, but there is no doubt he was a top 5 player at one point in his career.
This is the last mix I'll ever watch of Joe, as it featured the 2011 - 2012 season. He could never win us the ring, but he sure did turn us from a 20 win team to a 50 win team.
Have a good career Joe, we'll miss ya. Everyone should watch this WHOLE video, especially Brooklyn fans. Brooklyn, treat him nice...

06-07 season...
Joe averaged 26/4/4, 47% shooting and 38% 3pt.
How is that not arguably top 5?

Or ignore his contract. If he plays like normal and the Nets win, they won't give a shit about his contract anymore. That's especially true since the Nets have a very rich owner who obviously doesn't care about Joe's crazy contract.

Wasn't even point of the thread, but whatever. Just honoring a great Hawk.

You're right he was definitely a top 5 player on the Hawks at some point.
