Best player in the world =/= MVP. I even have to admit as a Lebron fan that he wasn't better than Kobe in those years. He lacked the maturity of a champion and it showed.

You could tell after the 08 Olympics how much both Lebron and Wade grew after playing with Kobe. They both knew they weren't better and honestly admitted so when asked.
