I watch his videos all the time. Seems like a good man and he's done his research to peel back the bullshit we think we know about body building and becoming the best version on yourself.

Dude's amazing. But would not suggest him to guys who are going the fitness model route (skinny abs) or uberrational guys who are not prone to spiritual beliefs.

Came from a poor Belizian family, got mocked by the dumbass primary education system for not being able to absorb their faggy curriculum, took up football and weights, became a beast, married his high school sweetheart, curious as all hell about all things in life, trained like a madman while trying to find a way to raise and support 4 kids. That's fukkign commendable.

He's good and really knows his stuff about training the body and mind.

I also highly recommend Jeff Cavaliere who's channel is Athlean-X. I've got his program and it's fantastic. He trains pro athletes and has exercises I've never seen before.

The worlds worst is Mike Chang. I can't stand that snake oil sell out!

I'd reckon if a good portion of the Academic oriented of ISH breathe into their balls and ground themselves, they could feel a lot more sane and happy. At the very least.
