They looked faster than daddy long legs, but maybe that was because they were slipping down what looks like a smooth plastic. I also never seen them in clusters like that, even though I have seen them and played with them frequently as a child.

Daddy long legs spiders, also called cellar spiders, eat everything from flies to mosquitoes. Since their menu includes insect pests that can be dangerous to humans, it's best to just leave them be or gently move them outside.

next my GF yells to kill some spider i will tell her how useful they can be
