Cavs since they play in the east. Warriors and Hawks are the favorites though.

Warriors, they look like complete favorites out west.
Cavs look worse than Bulls and Hawks, especially hawks.

Cavs obviously, they have a bye to the NBA Finals. Warriors will play a better team in the 1st round than the Cavs will in the ECF.
Now if both teams are guaranteed to make the Finals? Warriors no question

Warriors would take the Cavs in a series, but Cleveland is more likely to make the finals than the Warriors due to the fact that the Cavs play in the LEastern Conference, while the Warriors will have a bloodbath in every series. Suns/Thunder/Pelicans in the first round is just

Warriors have two weapons which destroy lebron lead teams.
Elite ball movement and 3 point shooting.
On top of that, elite defense which will balance out any offensive advantage cavs might have.

Warriors are a more complete team and play much better defense. Their defense is literally like 08 Celtics tier.
