Jackson just got utterly destroyed by the Wildcats without Martin.

If he can't play well against our backup PG, he shouldnt be in the NBA.

Breakers vs Wildcats is going to be sick though.

Just for the record, it is actually Australasian. The champs of New Zealand also play in it. New Zealand isn't in Australia.

    You are a ****ing moron.

I didn't watch the game and actually thought it could have been some kind of inter league tournament or something with the surrounding oceanic area.
Euroleague has still ignored my post about Flynn being 2nd in scoring and assists in the league. Always an agenda.

Another point on Flynn, wasn't he coming back from injury when he played his first games in Australia? I seem to remember reading something about it but i may be wrong on that so feel free to correct me
Yes, it is called Australasian League in TV because it actually is that. Funny how some ****ing idiots who claim to watch the league don't even know that.

You're a ****ing peanut, the champs of NZ do not play in the league, the Breakers are an NBL team only, the Kiwis have their own league and the Breakers are not part of it.

We live in Australia and follow the league, I've followed it for 20 years but you think you know better, good work dipshit, you proved yourself once again to be a muppet.

Even Google thinks you're an idiot, try to type Austalasian Basketball League into it and the first thing it does is correct it to Australian Basketball League.

Once again, you have failed, now **** off back to your box you clown.

Jackson might have a slim chance at NBA if he is lucky, but if I had to pick one player from the NBL to compete in the NBA - it would be Damien martin. I have never seen an onball defender like him. He would be purely a specialist, but if you already have a scoring punch of the bench, why not bring in a lock down specialist? I think he would thrive. 5-10 minutes per game...

    Flynn's ABL Stats

He led his team in scoring, and assists per game.

    17.6 ppg, 5.9 apg, and 4.1 rpg.

You are that ****ing stupid, most of the people who are commenting in this thread are Australian, and do watch the league on occasion or on a regular basis. It has never been named the Australasian League by anyone other than yourself.

Australasian? Euroleague you are from Arkansas and obviously know nothing about ball down here.

Your opinions are way off, you do know a lot about the euro league but that doesn't make u an expert at basketball in other leagues.

Everyone realises you're trolling, act is getting old so maybe it's time you shut the **** up and started posting somewhere other than the nba forum.

    Martin's defense is ridiculous.

He was second in steals, top 10 in blocks as a PG and is an absolute monster when it comes to on ball defending.

His offense is awful though. He can set up his teammates and he can run an offense well but he can't score at all. That being said, I agree with you. If you put him on a team with a lot of scorers he would be perfect. The Lakers should have taken a look at him. He doesn't want to shoot and will lock down the opposing team's PG.

Not to mention he is such a humble and quiet guy, he's just a really good dude and a great on ball defender, when he is chasing a player down on the break you know he's going for that ball for the block and will more than likely get it.

Unhappy Re: Jonny Flynn Couldn't Even Be The Best Player On His Australasian League Team

NBL stopped being interesting when the Gaze/Copeland era ended. We did get some exciting players like Leon Trimmingham back then, now NBL is an afterthought.

I love how he just ignored the post regarding why Jonny Flynn didn't get the team MVP award.
