Jerry West has all of it except Coach of the Year. I'm not sure how good of a coach he would have been. He had a short stint but not sure that showed anything one way or the other. Albeit Bird hated coaching and had Rick Carlisle pretty much do everything for him at the time......

And had he played in a "better" college he'd also most likely have been NCAA champ.
