Reality check. Ray Allen was shooting 39% from 3 as a rookie. Wade did average 16/4/4 on 46% from the field in his first year. Is Waiters talented as hell? Yes. Did injuries prevent him from having a better first year? Yup. But...Ray Allen? Dwyane Wade? Give me a f*cking break. Waiters scores 21 in a preseason game? Wow, that's amazing. MVP! MVP! MVP!

Ok, so with this screenshot, you proved that no rookie in NBA history has ever been selected to an all-star team while averaging under .412% FG and .31% 3P shooting.

That's completely irrelevant considering only 18 rookies have played in an all-star game in the last 25 years.

Not to mention, nobody on this planet Earth with half a brain expected Dion Waiters to be an all-star(or even all-star level) last year. Try a little harder with your hating and save it for a player that deserves it.

Judging from that highlights video, I expect him to have a better season as well. He looks slimmer and with a healthy supporting(Irving) cast around him, the defense won't solely focus on him.
