I haven't in all honesty, but having a think about it what would the benefits actually be?
Say you can gain anywhere from 8-20 lbs of muscle in a year. (20lb being awesome noob gains)
So in the absolute best case scenario you can build like 0.4lbs of muscle a week. Even in this scenario you are gaining say 2.4lbs of lean mass over a month and half or so. And then you cut for a month which is enough time to lose 3-5lbs. You are effectively cutting in the long run anyway, like a quasi cut - recomp type thing. Obviously the more advanced you are the more pronounced the overall weight loss result would become.
Also some people don't recommend going straight from cut to bulk and vice versa, with a couple of weeks at maintenance so maybe you wouldn't even get six weeks of true bulking before you began your cut.
Don't know whether I've explained this well but personally I don't see this getting you as much muscle as a good bulk from the lean state, or getting you as lean as just doing a proper cut.
