If Rose is healthy (yes I understand that's a big if), they're going to win the East this year... and if their defense is in shape, they might win the title.
If the Thunder stay healthy, they're taking the West, and the title, so as long as they don't meet the Bulls. The Spurs are a damn good team but a healthy Thunder team beats them head to head... all about dem matchups.

Cleveland, Indiana, Washington, and Miami are all arguably better. It's a wide open Conference.
