It's a very hard shot. Throughout NBA history, only a handful of players took and made the shot regularly.
Now the finger roll, THAT's a forgotten shot. And I mean the George Gervin type that's largely been replaced by the floater. I can't even remember the last guy who had it as part of his arsenal. Maybe Drexler?
