Tips on Dunking

Its all in the wrist.

Timing is everything with your take off and wrist action, if you cant get proper handles on the ball you will never be able to throw it down with one hand.
Try lowering the rim to maybe 9'6 and start dunking with two hands and gradually work up "it worked for me" now i can do reverses and everything and I am only 5'11.
