Oh, I agree. I have seen some ridiculous voting in the past. BUT, when a player goes 0/11 in the voting...sorry, but that speaks volumes.

Kind of like when a players ppg drops by 12 from the reg season to the finals.
Speaks volumes about being an overrated chucker who couldn't get it done until he took a smaller role on offense.

Yeah, it says the media likes a story. A player winning MVP from the bench or a player winning MVP from the other team makes a better story than a player playing well but playing below expectations.
