Should've hired Scott Brooks, who is not a champion caliber coach but ridiculously good at developing young players and take a young squad to WCF level. Thibs is more like a Pat Riley type coach, good for a short run of NBA titles, but constantly wears out his players and eventually they become injury-riddled. The Wolves are not in win-now mode, they still have players to develop and will need at least 3 years to become legit contenders. Hiring Thibs is a good decision in future, but not now.
