    I know those are somewhat arbitrary thresholds, but still thought it deserved to be mentioned as fun trivia.

    From 1985 to 2013 , only three players aged 35 or more had a game of at least 35 points and 15 rebounds: Dirk, Patrick Ewing, and Charles Barkley. Dirk had the best game score of the three. (Barkley's performance came in overtime.) He's also one of 30 player in NBA history since the 60s to have scored 40 or more after 35. His longevity is shaping up to be up there with the greats.
