he is absolutely not half as talented as Kobe is.
what he is, is a guy with a pretty good first step and a great vertical leap who works on his jumper religiously.
that does not make him a historic-level basketball talent like Kobe is.

I have played ball with JR since HS. He works out at the same gym I do sometimes during the summer in Neptune, NJ. Dudes is a gym rat. I have seen him put up 5000 shots in a day sometimes a couple thousand more. He has been like that since he was a sophomore in high school. He stays in the gym for hours and hours and shots.
