This might be one situation in which AI is better. Curry's biggest flaw is still that he is a point guard and has an innate desire to distribute the ball.

At the end of the day - a flat out scorer is a more valuable asset than a floor general when it comes to the playoffs.

A scoring Curry would put much more pressure on teams than a distributing Curry. Even now, I'd prefer if Curry tried to score much more often. If he put up 30 ppg, 6.5 apg I think the Dubs would be better than him with his current averages.

Superstar players demand more attention when they try to score. It's simple hoops.

It's a matter of mentality, not ability. Curry could easily score 32+ ppg in the current NBA if he had a pure scorer's mentality. He rarely goes into chuck mode like all great scorers (he did at Davidson occasionally and was so beastly).

Care to elaborate lol? A scoring guard (ala Kobe, Wade, Jordan, Drexler, AI) is always a better way to win in the playoffs. A game manager (like CP3) gets bottled up with double teams and then passes to scrubby players and leaves it up to them. That's no dice in the playoffs. You need a consistent scoring option - luckily the Dubs have Klay so it doesn't make a difference since he is a score first mentality player (as he should be).

Neither fits, but Iverson on these warriors will be better than Curry on them sixers.

Now how would MVSteve do with their warriors team?

You realize that no one was stopping Shaq, right?

That team was custom built for Iverson, so Curry wouldn't improve them. But Iverson wouldn't improve this year's Warriors either.
