I'd bet the majority of the more dubious ones (howard, lebron, wade, etc) are on some kind of enhancing diet of:
- epo
- testosterone
- the blood method (you dope and keep your doped blood frozen, then you inject it in the body before competing, close to undetectable, that's what lance armstrong did)
- hgh

Im guessing the use of testosterone patches and EPO is huge, as well as HGH. Its likely they cycle during the off season and taper off before pre-season, at which point they start using testosterone patches between games as any trace of them is gone within 24 hours. That way they can aid recovery and keep most of their gains.
