If I'm correct, this dude was one of the bike cops.

So while he was present for the arrest, he wasn't present inside the van, where the alleged murder took place (due to not strapping Gray's seat belt in). Obviously, he isn't guilty because he's on his bike while all that occurred.

Imo, this is really non-news. People just want to stir up sh*t so they can get ratings.

That said, hopefully the ones who were responsible for causing this death are brought to justice.

Seriously. How the fcuk are you going to charge a guy with "violating civil rights" when he wasn't even there?

Needless to say, this dude is going to sue the city for frivolous/malicious prosecution. And he's going to win.

even better as it's more insulting to the idiots on the left .. and it lets us know that this was all for show because a bunch of ghetto hoodrats rioted .. they didn't have enough to get a conviction in the first place and they knew it

    It doesn't matter...

The narrative was already written and the settlement money has already been paid out

Now it's time to arrest that flared-nostril prosecutor. Send her ass back to the ghetto where she belongs.

5 of the 6 officers are now pursuing civil cases against the DA. She is extremely vulnerable considering her conflicts of interest in this case. We may end up seeing her go the way of Mike Nifong in the Duke lacrosse case, bankruptcy and disbarrment.
