I don't know about Kobe travelling, would have to resee the footage, but it was NOT a charge. You can't take a charge standing straight in front of the basket, your feet have to be positioned to the side to take the charge. So it was technically a block, the correct call.

You don't even know the rules? My god. See the semicircle around the basket? You have to be outside that. You can be in front of the basket as long as you aren't standing on the semicircle.
