Jeremy Lin will not be in the Rockets' starting lineup for Wednesday's season opener, according to teammate Chandler Parsons.
Lin has been in a battle for the Rockets' starting point guard gig with Patrick Beverley and it would appear as if that is a battle that Lin has lost for now. Coach Kevin McHale has said he'll be tinkering with lineups throughout November and December, but this is a definite blow to Linsanity's fantasy value.

Linsanity Died when the Knicks Faced the Heat a few years ago then refusing to come back to help when he was at 85%.

He had a great run but Linsanity has been dead for awhile now.
