Default Deron Williams is going to be MVP

this year. This kid is the best PG since Stockton he is unbelievable. Sick jump shot, amazing court vision, and complete lockdown defense, what more can you ask from a point guard, oh yeah WINNING. I can't believe people are still comparing him to chris paul lol He turned around the Jazz last year and he is continuing to do so. Tonight's game is just the tip of the iceberg.

30 points on 13-17, 9 assists, 4 steals and its not over

Very good, young point guard. Kinda iffy on the MVP though.

We're only two games into the new season, wait a while. lol. =)

LeBron James will win a MVP trophy before Deron Williams. (he probably should of won it last year......the award shouldn't be given out before the playoffs)

    don't know about that either.

    guards will be

    Allen Iverson (always voted in)
    Kobe Bryant (always voted in
    Steve Nash
    Tracy McGrady
room for one more (i think it will be Chris Paul)

    Wow keep hating.

Paul won't be an all-star he will probably be injured and he is still a loser in that he has never been able to lead a team to do anything substantial. Kind of pathetic how hype-zombies still think he's a better player.

Yeah. I've heard good things about him this season. All-Star but no MVP.

The funny thing is, he doesn't even look like a basketball player. He looks like an average Joe that would be working at the office or something. Doesn't he?

Why not, it's been like that since 1955, why change it because Dirk had to get his at a press conference instead of in front of his fans in a series.

Also, Deron Williams will not be MVP, crazy talk. Utah would have to win 60+ games and he's have to average 27/14/6 boards and 2 steals. He probably won't even be an All-Star this season as the West guards are stacked. He's lucky Ray Allen is in Boston.

What do you call what you're doing then? It's the first week of the season, he's played in two games (one of which they lost mind you), and yet you're declaring him an MVP candidate.

I'm still kinda PO'ed about 95. Just think if your the MVP and you get handled in the first round, it should be automatic loss of MVP trophy, your right though, it's never going to happen.

3 games and I'm not saying all of them will be as good as this game statistically but he is dominating, imposing his will on the game, like only the special players can do. Honestly watch a Jazz game if you still doubt him. He is no flash all skill and determination.

It won't happen unless he average 20+ ppg and 12+ apg, which is even beyond the ability of Steve Nash.
