Default 66/67 76ers time traveled to today

In place of whatever Philly is putting out there this season. What would their record be? They have from now until the regular season to prepare for the modern game. How far could they go in the playoffs?

Knicks would no doubt be like the Celtics in the 60s, right?

Melo would be like Sam Jones + John Havlicek. Porzingis would be Kareem before Kareem. Knicks would never lose. LA would have to form a super team to stop them.

Simulated a matchup between the 67 Sixers and the 2015 Warriors at What if Sports:

Steph Curry exploded for 33, but Wilt hauled down 28 boards and the Sixers won running away 119-91.

I'm wondering how most modern teams would handle Wilt and Luke Jackson down low. If Cousins can have back to back 20/20 and Whiteside can have a great PER rating, then ...

Wilt would still be strong in today's game, especially b/c the center position is so weak (Cousins ). But the '66-'67 Sixers guards and wings wouldn't fare well in today's NBA.

They would be one of the top teams in the East easily. I have to agree that their back court would suffer. But Wilt would be the best player in the league and their front court of Jackson and Chet Walker/Cunningham would be really good. Hal Greer was known for his mid range shot but he would be undersized at only 6'2" without shoes. Costello was nearing the end of his career by 66-67. Wali Jones could handle the point if guys like Chalmers, Barea, and Derek Fisher could for championship teams than why not him. They would have to get used to modern rules, especially the 3pt. Their inside game would be too much for any other team. They would out rebound everyone. I would have them as favorites to win it all, they are one of the greatest teams ever after all.

I'd rather hear opinions on how certain teams would fare with more gradual time travel, like the '67 Sixers facing the '80 Lakers, the '80 Lakers facing the '92 Bulls, the '92 Bulls facing the '08 Celtics, etc.
Some seemingly love to believe that basketball had been evolving through the decades up to the 80's or 90's, then starting falling behind, which makes no sense, since coaching, medicine and technical knowledge improve all the time. If they believe that a Lakers' Showtime team from the 80's could time travel to today and beat the Warriors, why stop at them and not believe the same for teams like the '67 Sixers or the '70 Knicks, '71 Bucks, '72 Lakers, the Celtics' Dynasty and so on?

A team that never shot 3 pointers is going to make 46% of them and arguably the GOAT 3pt shooting team is going to shoot only 32%?

The Warriors would probably win by 40+.
