Joel Anthony is the greatest zero dimensional player in NBA history.
He is simply not even below average at any facet of the game. Of course, by some poster's measurements, that may mean he is among the most "complete" players of all-time. His game is "balanced."

My first thought was Rodman, but he obviously wasn't one dimensional considering you could say he was both the best defender and rebounder ever. A pretty good passer too.
Then I thought Dantley, but he was a good rebounder and passer.
The closest I can think of is Gervin. Great scorer, but the best of the rest of his attributes are probably average at best. However, I don't think there are really a lot of players you could consider completely one dimensional. Some shooters like Peja Stojakevic, and some defenders like Bruce Bowen, and that's pretty much it.
