Is this 1990 to 1999? Like their average PER? Is there a similar list for 2000 to 2010?

Using PER to measure players in the past is great.

But in today's league, players care about PER so much, they'd rather sacrifice their teams' best interest to make sure their PER look good. It's not even funny.

Anyone in today's league who has higher PER than the greats in past really means nothing. They just playing with the stats because they know how PER is calculated. But on the other hand, players in past didn't know this thing exist.

I agree. Can you imagine if he had entered the NBA much earlier? He was already 24 yr.old when he made his NBA Debut.
