Barkley was better than Malone between 87 and 93, basically their primes, in terms of the more explosive, dominant player. Malone wasn't better till like 94 or 95 when age and injuries( and lack of conditioning) took over Barkley.

Barkley isn't 6-4. He's 6-5 barefoot and at least 6-6 in shoes. It's more of a 2-3 inch difference in height.
