Re: Westbrook's vert is...
That's great Westbrook only measured a 36.5" vert at the combine or whatever. Clearly he wasn't 100% or was sick or wasn't trying that day.
Allstar game, Westbrook literally had to bend away to avoid hitting the rim.
There's a pic of him even higher than this one too.

okay ill be generous and assume his head reaches 1.5 inches above the backboard, can someone do the math on his vertical assuming he is 6'3 in shoes.

do you know how much lower the bottom of the backboard is then the rim???
It's at least 6 inches or more
When we were in grade school, the big thing was slapping the backboard on a layup... Touching the rim was MUCH higher than slapping the bottom of the backboard.
nice try on the deceptive, garbage angle though.

Re: Westbrook's vert is...
114 inch bottom of backboard, 6'3 = 75 inch. 114 - 75 is 39" + 1.5 is 40.5.

how much lower is the bottom of the backboard from the rim
looks like you're saying the bottom of backboard is 114 inches off the ground, and therefore 6 inches lower than the rim's 120 inches
