LA needs to build up slowly. They have a nice young roster so they should follow the Celtics' example: focus on developing a team culture, chemistry and a winning attitude. In a few seasons they could reach the playoffs and give a good effort, at least enough to lure in a big FA. That's how they landed Shaq back then. Get rid of Russell, he won't amount to much IMO. Wrong mindset/attitude.

We got potennial all stars in Randle D Russel and Ingram , 3 young nigguhs still in rookie contract, its the best way to do it.
