Reasonable Doubt is above average, I feel like that album is immensely overrated. It's like Jay had to have a classic in his discography in order to truly cement his status as a legend or something.

Drake is way better than people give him credit for and so far gone was one of the best mixtapes/albums of 09 hands down.

Underground rappers are usually trash and just because they arent hugely popular doesnt make them underground. There is a third distinction for rappers called indie. Stop being dumbasses, just because someone isnt signed to def jam, universal, sony/columbia, atlantic records,etc. doesnt make him underground.
