Default Jerry West 81 game playoff stretch

Not counting the 67 playoffs where he only played one minute:

    32.86 ppg, 5 rpg, 6.44 apg on 48.3%

Heck, even if you take away just his rookie season and his 2 postseasons that only consisted of a few minutes each (1967+1974), his ppg average comes at 30.1. Also, in these postseasons, only once was he healthy and missed the Finals (1964).

Why? Dude is an 82% career FT shooter and has shot 47% for career eFG. Can't spin it any other way.

Huh? If you take away more low years, shouldn't it be higher than the OP?

OP, which calculations did you exactly make on this, give some more info you **** (sorry)

OP, I apologize but I have to make a reference to the GOAT. In 179 playoff games, these are his averages.

    33.45 PPG
    28.60 PER
    6.4 RPG
    5.7 APG
    2.1 SPG
    .9 BPG

Now we can go back to discussing the mortals.

Beast. You can harp on his finals record all you want, but the man produced and was clutcher than clutch.

Imagine what he could've done if they had three pointers back then.
